Description
Cast iron water heater
Cast iron has the advantage of being resistant to acid corrosion and ash abrasion, so in boilers burning sulfur fuel, cast iron water heaters are used. Cast iron has a lower thermal conductivity than steel, so the outside of the tube is cast with additional fins to increase heat exchange capacity.
Smooth steel tube water heater
It consists of steel pipes and the two ends are connected to the two manifolds of the water heater. Manufactured in clusters with gaps for easier cleaning. Normally, the spiral tubes of the water heater are arranged alternately, creating a large smoke flow rate and many swirls to increase heat transfer.
Steel tube water heater with wings
The water heater with wings has the disadvantage: the ability to collect dust is very large, difficult to clean. Therefore, it is rarely used.
