Description
COAL AND WOOD-BURNING BOILER
Coal-fired boilers are divided into 2 types:
- Coal-fired boilers– wood chain grate with a simple furnace body structure consisting of two types: a water pipe assembly with a capacity of 6 – 50 tons/hour and a fire tube with a capacity of 1 – 6 tons/hour suitable for different purposes of users. The boiler consists of 3 passes, large and long chain grate suitable for Vietnamese coal. Similar to other types of boilers, chain grate boilers are fully equipped with dust filtering systems, water spraying systems, stepless automatic control systems by inverters and especially water heat recovery and hot air boosting systems.
- Static grate coal-fired boiler: The most outstanding advantage of the static grate boiler compared to the chain grate coal-fired boiler is the large working capacity of up to 1-10 tons/hour, this advantage helps the factory save time and working pressure up to 15 bar. In addition, like the chain grate coal boiler, the static grate boiler can burn many different types of fuels such as lump coal, firewood, cashew shells, etc. The structural characteristics of the static grate boiler are no different from those of the chain grate coal boiler. The boiler is designed with 3 passes with the body consisting of 2 types: water pipe and fire pipe. The grate surface area is large, the grate is solid and durable. And it is fully equipped with advanced equipment and systems such as the chain grate boiler.
