Description
FLUIDIZED BED BOILER
Fluidized bed boilers are products manufactured using fluidized bed technology that have been widely applied around the world. This technology is considered by scientists to be environmentally friendly and reduces toxic emissions.
Current types of fluidized bed boilers:
- 1-balloon fluidized bed boilers combine furnace tubes, fire tubes, and auxiliary combustion chambers
- 2-barrel horizontal fluidized bed boiler
- Vertical 2-barrel fluidized bed boiler
Technical specifications of fluidized bed boiler
– Steam generation capacity: 6-100 Tons / hour.
– Working pressure up to: 10 – 25 Bar.
– Design pressure: 10 – 30 Bar
– Hydraulic test pressure: 15 – 45 Bar
– Suse biomass fuel sources such as rice husks, seed shells cashew, sawdust, shavings, bagasse, peanut shells…. can burn a combination of fuels to reduce costs.
– Combustion method: Suspended combustion in a fluidized layer.
– Working mode: fully automatic from water supply, fuel supply, self-adjusting combustion mode.
– Dust removal: 2 levels, ensuring QCVN 19:2009/BTNMT standards
– The furnace is equipped with a heat saver (water heater, air dryer) to increase boiler efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and increase the life of the equipment behind the boiler such as smoke fan, smoke duct,…
Advantages:
+ Continuous, stable operation with high efficiency, very suitable for medium and large factories.
+ Low maintenance and repair costs. Long life and durability of the boiler.
+ Saves time and capacity for the furnace cleaning process, the alkaline components in the ash evaporate so the ash does not stick, so slag and soot do not accumulate on the furnace tube.
Disadvantages:
+ Consumes quite a lot of energy because the level 1 wind has quite high pressure.
+ The process of creating and discharging ash and slag still faces some difficulties. Discharging ash will increase the amount of dust in the smoke, requiring an increase in the capacity of the dust filter.
+ A minimum solution is needed for large heat transfer surface abrasion.
