– Provide free warranty for equipment provided by the Company during the warranty period (according to warranty standards)
– Implement maintenance contracts for equipment provided by the Company (after the warranty period) and equipment from other suppliers.
– Provide spare parts and accessories that ensure quality and origin.
– Provide warranty for products installed in Vietnam under the authorization of foreign suppliers.
